COMPLETE,DETAILED PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION ALONG WITH SITE PLAN AND RECENT SURVEY. 4). PHOTOS AND AERIAL VIEWS IF AVAILABLE. 5). INFORMATION ON MANAGEMENT, IF SEPERATE FROM OWNERSHIP. 6). LAST THREE (3) YEARS BUSINESS TAX RETURNS. 7). ANY PHASE I OR PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS ,IF AVAILABLE. |
